Data We Collect

When you register on muzika, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, and government-issued ID documents as required for KYC compliance. We also collect IP addresses, device identifiers, and session data automatically when you use the platform.

Financial data — including transaction history, wallet addresses, and deposit/withdrawal records — is collected as part of normal exchange operations and retained for regulatory compliance purposes.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate your account, process trades, verify identity, detect fraud, and comply with AML/KYC obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing. Internal analytics use aggregated, anonymized data only.

Cookies

Muzika uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session security. Analytics cookies — used to understand how traders navigate the platform — are optional and can be declined in your browser settings or the cookie preferences panel.

Third-party cookies may be set by integrated tools such as TradingView. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, which we recommend you review separately.

Data Sharing

We share personal data only where legally required — for example, with financial regulators, law enforcement under valid legal process, or KYC verification partners under strict data processing agreements. No data is sold or rented to advertisers.

Data Security

All data transmitted to and from muzika is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Account data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to personal data within the company is restricted on a need-to-know basis with full audit logging.

We conduct annual third-party security audits and maintain an incident response plan. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, you will be notified within 72 hours of Muzika Network becoming aware of the incident.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Submit requests to info@muzika.network. Identity verification is required before we process any data info@muzika.network access or deletion request.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to external websites or services. Muzika Network has no control over and takes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. Always check the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Data Retention

Account and transaction data is retained for a minimum of five years after account closure to satisfy regulatory requirements. After this period, data is securely deleted unless a legal hold requires further retention.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law or platform features. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at muzika/privacy.
